REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE SITE

1. 'Customer' as used hereby refers to any surfer who is:
   • Israeli resident owning a valid I.D., or a legally incorporated company registered as such in Israel or a registered legal partnership in Israel.
     
   • Owner of a valid credit card belonging to one of the credit card companies working in Israel, which has been issued in Israel.
     
   • Owner of an E-mail address on the internet.
     
    
2. 'The company' as used hereby refers to "Aromateva.com"
   
3. 'The site' as used hereby is the "Aromateva.com"  Site – the Sales site of the company.
   
4. The purpose of these regulations is to settle the relationship between the customer and the company regarding any issue related to using the site. Any activity carried out in the site must be in accordance with the conditions of this agreement, therefore the customer is kindly requested to read these regulations thoroughly before making a purchase in the site.
   
5. Only customers as defined above are allowed to carry out any activity, including purchase of one or more items in the site as described below.
   
6. The company is entitled to present on the site various products and/or services, in variable quantities and of different types, in diverse manners, according to its own judgment and consideration.
   
7. The company reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time.
   
8. Payment for handling and shipment is not depending on the amount ordered. The shipment is payed at time of completing the order, together with the payment for products.
   Orders are shipped by registered mail or through a shipping company chosen by the customer.
   
9. Confirmation of a deal by the credit card company through which the customer is paying for a purchase is an essential prerequisite before we can proceed with an order.
   
10. When making an order to purchase a product, the customer will give his full name, home address, e-mail address, address of recipient (including number of building, entrance, floor, apartment), phone and fax (if relevant) numbers, credit card number, I.D. number of credit card holder, credit card validity, and whether he/she wishes to pay by one payment or several, in one of the manners detailed in the site within the order form (henceforth "payments") (henceforth "information"). All information on site is secured by granted SSL technology.
    As an alternative, orders may be placed by phone.
    
11. The information will be kept by the company in an encoded, safe-guarded info pool.
    
12. The company will use the information in order to fulfill the customer's order and order from it, and also to keep the customer updated about new products or other information that may interest the customer. If the customer is not interested in getting such updates, an explicit request to take off his/her name from the mailing list should be sent to the company's e-mail address: info@aromateva.com .
    
13. Subject to court order, the company will do its best so that the information is not transferred to a third party, except its employees, the credit card company and other parties exposed to the information so as to carry out the customer's order, or those in charge of supervising the going on in the site, including those in charge of managing the company's financial and legal matters.
    
14. In case of errors found in the customer's given details, whether as a result of typing error or any other reason, the company has the right to disqualify the order or to accept it after correction of error/s, according to its judgment.
    
15. When all the details of a customer are received, the company is entitled to accept or reject a customer's order to purchase a product and/or a service within 48 hours.
    
16. When the company gets a customer's order for purchasing a product or service, the customer will be charged for the product and/or service he has ordered. Payment is immediate and/or at the time of issuing the receipt.
    
17. The company reserves the right to withdraw and/or add a product/or products and/or service/or services from/to the site and/or change the site and/or its contents and/or its prices and/or the conditions in it at any time without previous notice.
    
18. In any case when, due to force major, the company is unable to run the site and/or any activities in it properly, the company has the right to cancel deals with all/or some customers. 'Force major' refers here to factors or events that are beyond the company's control, which may prevent or delay carrying out activities in the site or supplying products and/or services. These include, in addition to the above mentioned, computer faults, breakdown in telephone and/or communication systems, unpredictable security event or terrorist attack, unavailability of a product/products on the market for any reason.
    
19. If tax rates applicable to products and/or services offered in the site are changed, and if the changes become valid between the time of advertising the product and the planned date for supplying it, the company is entitled to cancel activities (all or some) carried out in the site.
    
20. Only in the instances mentioned in # 21 and 22, despite the conditions hereby, the company will fully reimburse customers.
    
21. Any dispute or disagreement between the parties regarding the site or the regulations will be submitted for arbitration to a sole arbiter appointed from the list of arbiters supplied by the Bureau of Attorneys in 'Kiryat Shemona'.
    
22. Only the Court of Law in  'Kiryat Shemona'  will have the authority to pass judgment regarding any matter or dispute.
    
23. The company reserves the right to hold any product handed to it whose full value has not been paid and/or if the shipment fee has not been paid.
    
24. The customer declares hereby that he has read these conditions for use and regulations and he is aware of them. The customer, or anyone representing him, will not have any claim or suit against the company and/or its employees and/or the site operators and he will not hold them responsible for any damage that might be caused, directly or indirectly, to a product and/or service, including its quality, its use, and delay in delivery.
    
25. All rights are reserved to "Aromateva.com"  No copying/or photocopying, nor making any commercial use are allowed without written permission from "Aromateva.com".
    
26. Shipping is done by registered mail. By receiving the parcel, buyer must examine its content, and immediately inform the postal authorities and the company if there is damage to content or any other mistake.
